SLAMWICH VARIANTS by Walter O'Hara and Anne O'Hara (copyright, 2002) Try these, to add a little depth and color. 1) Only count food cards, not thieves or munchers, when reckoning the score. 2) Add Combos, combination of cards that 'go together', for another type of scoring. Combo rule: Certain combinations of three or less cards make slamwiches. If the sequence of a combo occurs during card flipping, all cards flipped during the sequence can be claimed, just like a regular slamwich. Combos must be announced by NAME, not by the word "Combo". Combo examples: C1) PB&J! A peanut butter card and a jelly card. C2) BLT! A Bacon card, a Lettuce card, and a Tomato card. C3) Salad! A mixed Veggies card, a Lettuce card, and a Tomato card. C4) Elvis! A Tomato, Bacon, and Peanut Butter card.
